Entrée Selections Information

Plated entrées include soup and salad, a vegetable, a potato, and a dessert from the Entrée Sides Menu Section. All entrées also include coffee, tea, and soft drinks.
You may give your guests the option of choosing between two entrées. The number of each selection must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the date of the event.
The day of the event guests must have place cards identifying their selection.
Custom entrees are available upon request.

The following station will be set up at various locations throughout your banquet room with a two hour maximum serving time. Stations are available for parties of 75 or more, with a minimum of 2 entrée stations (with the exception of the breakfast stations).

BANQUET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Rose Room Requires a minimum of 35 Guests. The McArthur Room Requires a minimum of 75 Guests. The Garden Tent Requires a minimum of 150 Guest. If your guest count falls below the minimum you will be required to pay for the minimum number of guests A guaranteed final guest count and entrée selection must be provided to Green Garden Country Club 14 days prior to the day of the event. After the final count has been given, you must pay for the stated final count. There will be no “to go” containers issued for missing guests.


A nonrefundable Deposit which will be applied to your final bill is due at the
time of booking in order to hold your room. Upon Cancellation, the deposit
will be refunded only if the room is rebooked under the same terms. The
amount of the deposit will depend on the room that will be used. The Rose
Room requires a $200.00 deposit and the McArthur Room and Garden Tent require a $500.00 deposit. Fifty percent of the final bill is due one month prior to the date of the event.


The remainder of the final bill is due the on the day of the event.All Prices are subject to change. All prices are subject to a 7% sales tax and an 18% gratuity
